Welcome to OPHIRA LONDON. By placing an order at ophiralondon.uk you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are in GBP. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email.

Products

Our knitwear is made in small runs. Colours may vary slightly from screen to yarn. Sizing follows the size guide shown on each product page.

Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order. Europe £6.00, Rest of World £11.00. Orders are dispatched in 24 hours. Estimated delivery from dispatch: United Kingdom 3–6 business days, Europe 10–16 business days, Rest of World 12–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, payable by the customer.

Returns & refunds

Refunds are provided only for items that are unworn and in original condition (within 14 days of delivery), or that arrived faulty or damaged. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All prints, artwork, photography and content on this site are the property of OPHIRA LONDON and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are returned unworn in line with our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
