Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom (Royal Mail Tracked)

• Standard Delivery 2–5 working days: £3.95

• Free Delivery on orders over £100

Europe

• Tracked Delivery 5–9 working days: £7.95

International

• Tracked Delivery 7–14 working days: £9.95

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions or courier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Ophira London is not responsible for these additional charges.

Delivery Issues

We are not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the courier.
Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer of the package to Royal Mail or the respective courier.
